I work with two, regularly refining my practice to better serve my clients. One of my strengths is creating a space of trust, safety, and active listening. But growth never stops.
Lately, I’ve been focusing on the contracting phase—ensuring each session starts with clear goals so we stay on track toward meaningful outcomes. Coaching is about continuous improvement—for my clients and me.
